Jan. 18 - Planning meeting with Robert Hall, Rotary Dist Gov. Bob Haynes, Billy Joe Hall,
both from Mr. Sterling Rotary Club.
Feb. 7 - Ran advertisement in Woodford Sun for three weeks.
Mar. 5 - 7:00 P.M. Held organizational meeting at Community Trust Bank Building with
4 people in attendance.
Mar. 12 - 7:00 P.M. Meeting attendance poor and decided to have a breakfast meeting.
Mar. 21 - 7:00 A.M. Meeting addendance poor.
Mar. 28 - 7:00 A.M. Decided to switch to a luncheon meeting as others promised to attend
if it were at lunch time.
Apr. 3 - Met at 12:00 noon at Community Trust Bank building. Jim Gay offered to furnish
lunch for month of April.
Apr. 24 - Decided to meet at Sweet Potatoes Restaurant beginning May 1.
Jul. 16 - First Club Bulletin printed by Robert Hall
Aug. 1 - Had the required membership to become an organized Rotary Club and applied
for RI for membership.
Oct. 1 - Charter date becoming official member of Rotary International.
